Job Title: Metal Roofing/Siding Installer
Job Type: Full-time/Seasonal
Wage: Competitive wages depending on experience.
Archer Metal Roofing Inc. does custom metal roofing and siding installations, as well as custom trim. We do not install asphalt shingles. We are seeking individuals with excellent construction experience who are highly motivated to get jobs done. This job can be physically demanding and may require work in various weather conditions and long hours.
Roles and Responsibilities
- • Follow all safety measures while climbing or operating power tools and other equipment
- • Good time management and organizational skills
- • Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication skills
- • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- • Must provide own transportation to job sites
What We Require
- • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
- • Ability to work at heights
- • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Roofer Specific Skills
- • Install, repair, or replace wood, asphalt, and metal roofing systems
- • Install intricate sheet metal flashing
Qualifications
- • Fall arrest training (or willingness to obtain)
- • Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems
- • Excellent knowledge of roof construction
- • Good physical condition
Experience
Roofing installers: 3 years (preferred)
Schedule
- • Day shifts ranging from 8-12 hours
- • Monday to Friday
- • Weekend availability
